[Coco] recovering old tape programs

Hi,

	I found a tape of coco programs that would not load. I sampled the
tape using an Akai tape deck into a pc running Linux at a sample rate of
11025 Hz. I then ran a filter using sox (SOund Exchange):

	sox badcoco-11025-16-2.wav badcoco-11025-16-2-b1800,1300.wav bandpass
1800 1300

All files in the "virtual tape" loaded fine! The unfiltered file would
not load.
