[Coco] odd JOYSTK behavior

Hi,

	FYI:  My deuce (a 3026, "The socketed one"), uses 0/1 for the right.

	The "TRS-80 color computer quick reference guide" (26-3194)
has these reversed (0/1 for the left).

	wire spiral bindings ...
