[Coco] My /Term cursor disappeared!

This typically happens when you try to list a binary file and the shell 
thinks it is getting a Display command. The easiest way to correct this 
is to clear the screen and turn on the cursor with:
display c 5 22
That should give you a black cursor. Other colors can be obtained with 
$21-$2A with $20 turning off the cursor.
