mapped and the address bits in the Multipak are global, all slots see the
address bits regardless of the switch position. The switch multiplexes CTS
and SCS effectively.Now to read from the FLASH, not the Compact Flash, we
decode to CTS which is a modified CTS because CTS is not active during a
write to the CTS range. This is all done in the CPLD. That what makes it
fun, do what ever you want. We also use SLENB to take other devices off the
bus.
The flexibility and thought that was placed in this machine still amazes me!
