  I am attempting to setup a COCO3 6309 emulation system using a old
486DX 50MHZ computer.
I have John's 6309 MESS installed and it boots NitrOS9 just fine. The
problem I am having is getting
the 3 inch and 5.25 inch drives working. I have verified both the 3 inch
and the 5.25 inch as working drives. Also the 5.25 is a real 360K DSDD
drive. I have verified this both under MSDOS and using
John's DSKINI to format it as either a 35T SSDD or as a 40T DSDD.
   The problem I am having is neither the 3 inch or the 5.25 inch are
readable under the emulator.
I have the setting as follows
Drive
0 = Boot_n0.dsk
1 = B:     5.25 40T DSDD
2 = Boot_n2.dsk
3 = A:      3 Inch 720k/1.44 standard drive.
Looking at dmode I find
dmode /d1
drv=$01 stp=$03 typ=$20 dns=$01 cyl=$0028 sid=$02 vfy=$01 sct=$0012
tos=$0012 ilv=$03 sas=$08
dmode /d3
   The only thing different is cyl=$0023 sid=$01
  It has been a long while since I played with OS9 but a lot of it is
coming back, but need help
on this issue.
Thanks,
John Donaldson
