[Coco] gcc m6809 update

Roger

HC11 source code is about 90% compatible. Object code I am not 
so sure.

>From my knowledge and experience, albeit limited, there are 
similarities but not 100% compatible code. The HC12 is more 
upward compatible than the HC11 for the 6809.
