[Coco] Coco 4

The 14.318Mhz that I was refering to is not used to clock an 
ISA card but is used for some of the ISA video cards. 4 times 
color burst and all that used by the 6845 VDU. The 4.7Mhz clk 
is on a different ISA pin.
