[Coco] MESS .089b

I went from MESS .088b to .089b and right away I noticed that ROM images 
are not being booted when they are mounted.  Is anyone else having this 
problem?

On the plus side, the included wimgtool.exe utility is a Windows app for 
manipulating DSK images, and it works this time!  You can toss the old 
PORT.EXE program away and get down to pointing and clicking files in and 
out of DSK images.  Portal-9 has a menu option that runs this program, btw.
