James,
BGAs, ugh! PIA for sure. We have an $80k rework station here at work but we
don't have the heads for the chips I use. It is a DRS-24, pretty automated
and it is in our clean room. Good thing people can't see what I look like
when I'm in my blue suit and booties....... :)
