[Coco] New version of CASM released

I have posted a new version of CASM to the public archives. This includes
a an overhaul to the entire assembler as well as several bug fixes to
correct problems that were reported in alpha 1.

Presently all of the tests have passed and it appears to be generating
correct binaries for all tests. Additionally I have implemented a small
subset of the Macro-80C syntax and most of the Mark Data adventures are
assembling with little to no modification.

Some of the flags (especially for warnings) have not been "corrected"
in this release as the entire error/warning system is being revamped to
allow for various warning levels to be implemented in the next release.

Presently only a Win32 binary is being made available but a Linux binary
will be posted sometime this evening. I'm also looking into making a
Mac-OS X command line executable available as well.
